The Postpartum Return to Sport Program was created to allow moms to return to a high level of sport and activity. This is done through our 6 week RTS Program lead by our Pelvic Health Physiotherapists.
Your RTS test doesn't care about your table scores.
We test what your sport tests. Function under load, not in isolation.
The same platform your strength coach uses.
Your physio is your coach.
Most clearances are a calendar check. Ours is a test battery. Every phase has a purpose. Every test has a number it has to hit.
Limb symmetry measured to the number. Both sides clear, or you're not.
Sport-weight on the bar. Your physio watches you work, not from a table.
The patterns your position demands. Tested under fatigue, not in isolation.
"You're fine at 6 weeks" isn't a clearance. This is.

The 6-week Return to Sport program is a structured, physio-led group training program designed to take you from cleared to actually ready. Over 6 weeks you'll complete 12 group training sessions, three physiotherapy assessments, and a final RTS clearance test — all programmed and led by our pelvic health physiotherapists.
Regular physio is one-on-one and typically focused on symptom management. This program is gym-based, group-format, and built around performance. Your physio isn't just treating you — they're training you. The entire 6 weeks is designed around getting you back to full effort, not just clearing a checklist.
Not at all. The standard 6-week clearance is a starting point, not a finish line. Many athletes in this program were cleared months or even years ago but never felt fully right. If something still doesn't feel like it used to, this program is for you.
Yes — physiotherapy benefits through your extended health plan can be applied to this program. Direct billing is not available, so you would pay upfront and submit your receipt for reimbursement. Coverage amounts vary by plan, so we recommend checking your benefits before registering.
