Morgan Campbell is an Athlete Performance Coach with experience across professional hockey, Olympic pathway programs, varsity athletics, and community sport. His experience includes providing performance and sport science support to athletes in professional hockey, elite rugby, and high-performance sport pathways across Canada and the United States. Morgan has also gained exposure to NHL performance operations through his work with the Florida Panthers organisation.

Morgan holds a Master of Science in Strength and Conditioning from St Mary’s University in London and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from UPEI. His graduate research focused on force plate testing and neuromuscular fatigue monitoring, forming the foundation of the sport science systems he now integrates into athlete development. He has also worked within the Canadian Sport Institute pathway, contributing to testing, monitoring, and physical preparation support for developing and elite athletes.

Morgan’s contributions to high-performance sport include developing integrated training plans, conducting advanced force plate and field testing, and building athlete monitoring systems that translate data into actionable performance strategies. His applied approach supports athletes across pre-season, competitive periods, and return-to-play progressions.

Morgan’s training philosophy centres on integrating strength and conditioning, sport science, and communication to make informed performance decisions. He emphasises movement quality, progressive development, nutrition and monitoring the athlete’s response to training to ensure consistent, sustainable performance across the competitive calendar.

At ORKA PEI, Morgan leads the performance department by delivering an athlete-centred model that connects coaching, testing, and rehabilitation into one unified system. His goal is to provide athletes on Prince Edward Island with world-class coaching, evidence-based assessment, and a clear pathway for long-term performance.
