A systems-based approach to interpreting force-time data in rehab and performance.
Move beyond metrics. Understand the waveforms. Make better decisions.

Evidence-Based Return-to-Sport Criteria
Understand and apply criteria-based RTS frameworks after ACL reconstruction — and know how to use them with confidence in clinic, not just in theory.
Interpret Data — Not Just Report It
Accurately analyze functional assessment data to inform clinical decisions at critical points in the rehab process — moving beyond outputs to understand what's actually driving them.
Identify Metrics That Actually Matter
Know which performance and movement metrics predict readiness, which ones to trust, and how to filter noise from a force plate outputting 600 variables per task.
Apply a Practical Readiness Framework
Move beyond symmetry ratios and time-based benchmarks. Apply a structured framework for determining athlete readiness that holds up under the demands of sport.
Integrate Force-Time Curve Analysis
Read and apply waveform analysis in your existing clinical workflow — without needing a sports science background. Real cases, real data, real decisions.
Communicate Findings That Build Trust
Translate assessment findings into clear, credible communication for athletes, coaches, and referring practitioners — so your decisions land and your relationships strengthen.
Built for clinicians and performance practitioners who test athletes and need a better framework for deciding what the data means. Stop guessing at readiness — make return-to-sport decisions you can stand behind.
