TEAM TRAINING IS AN ENVIRONMENT BUILT OFF OF ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT IN A GROUP SETTING TO BENEFIT EVERY INDIVIDUAL.
With our team training model, your club team can sign up for sessions through out your competitive season or in the off season. These sessions are 60 minutes in length and cover a wide array of topics. The structure is generally the same as we follow a periodized plan according to your competitive season. The athletes will spend 30 minutes in the gym going through basic movement patterns (squat, hinge, etc.) or lifting depending on the training age of these athletes. We then spend 30 minutes on the track working on conditioning, running mechanics, change of direction, agility, etc.
In the team model it can be extremely economical and usually averages out to be $10 or less per athlete (per session). If you have any other questions regarding our team training model, please reach out below!
